Minerva Hernández Ramos (b. September 15, 1969 in Tlaxcala) is a Mexican politician affiliated to the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) who has served in the lower and upper house of the Mexican Congress.[1]
Hernández holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala.
In 2003 she secured a seat in the Chamber of Deputies as a proportional representation deputy from the PRD representing the State of Tlaxcala. In 2006 she was elected to the Senate of Mexico to serve during the LX Legislature and LXI Legislatures.
